As a mentor, he has supervised medical and nursing students and residents rotating through his clinic, emphasizing hands-on training and compassionate care.
Additionally, he has been the guest speaker at St Matthew’s University School of Medicine (SMU) White Coat Commencement Ceremony and has served as an Examiner in Clinical Medicine at SMU
Community Involvement
Dr Ebanks serves as an evaluator for the Cayman Islands Department of Education
Scholarship Secretariat, where he interviews and evaluates students short listed for the grant of scholarships to purse health qualifications. He also currently serves as the Acting Chairman of the Cayman Islands Public Procurement Committee
